One of my favorite NPC from Breath of the Wild is Kilton because of his curious fixation with teras . While I ’m happy he returns in The Legend of Zelda : Tears of the Kingdom , I was further surprised by the improver of his young brother , Koltin . Koltin provides a series of requests offer ogre - based armor , but you must line up him first . luckily , I ’ve run down this NPC and denounce the locations below .
Where to find Koltin in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK) - Exact location

You will discover Koltin and his brother , Kilton , standing outside a cave beside their balloon . insure you have a Bubbul Gem before derive here , as you must give one to Koltin .
