What can still the Nightsong ?
In Act 2 of Baldur ’s Gate 3 , you could delve into the depths of the Temple to Shar . This heroic Temple carry a whole crowd of trials to discover theNightsong for Shadowheart . One of the harder trials to get through is the Silent Library . This location requires you to obliterate a whole bunch of NPC and solve a puzzler that was , in person , very challenging to finish .
How to complete the Silent Library’s challenges in BG3
The very first affair you have to do when embark the Silent Library is to pop all the enemies inside it . But there is one big caution : the whole room is covered in a bounteous bubble ofsilence . Since you ca n’t use any spells when silenced , you will take to either weaken the patch or bring along company appendage that do n’t require magic .

There will be a whole slew of enemies around , and they each have the ability to dim and pull your party members closer . How to solve the Riddle of the Night in the Silent Library
After all the enemies are slain , unlock this gate at the far oddment of the room from the incoming . There is a pedestal in the center labeled the Riddle of the Night . It asks,“What can silence the Nightsong?“It ’s a dubiousness you might not know the answer to if you haven’traided the ledge of the library .
There are four bookcases in a run-in along the bulwark of the Silent Library , with traps over each one . The 2nd one from the entrance contains a book calledTeachings of Loss : The Nightsinger . This book contain the answer to the riddle : only the Nightsinger can silence the Nightsinger .
So , you just need toinsert the book called Teachings of Loss : The Nightsinger into the plinth . This will open up a secret bedroom with a lance made just for Shadowheart .
