How to fix the Spear of Night bug in Baldur’s Gate 3
When you enter theGauntlet of Shar , Shadowheart receives a bidding from her goddess : she has to prove her worthiness by complete the three test , get Shar ’s Spear of Evening , and utilize it to pour down the Nightsong . If you want to diddle the path of good , or pursue an conclusion that is more fulfilling for Shadowheart , you should n’t stamp out the aasimar . Thankfully , there are many ways to sway Shadowheart and make her vary her mind .

What is the Spear of Night bug in Baldur’s Gate 3?
If you have n’t killed theNightsong ( Dame Aylin ) , she will show up as your friend on both fights against Ketheric . But more significantly , once you shoot down him , she will appear at your coterie and expect to speak with Shadowheart .

fortuitously , I find a workaround to this issue : I recharge my save game andstarted the conversation with Dame Aylin with my main character(while having Shadowheart in my party ) . This will trigger off a different cut scene and give you the Spear at the end of the conversation .
