Blood Moon Ursaluna is one of the rare Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet , and is only available through the Teal Mask DLC . To get this Pokémon , you mustspeak to Perrin , the female child with the tv camera on the west side of Mossui Town . She can be notice here , show in the image below .
She will ask you toreturn after you ’ve registered 150 Pokémonin the Kitakami Pokédex . Once you ’ve complete this task , return to Perrin , and she will battle you . After shoot down her , Perrin sends you to theTimeless Woodsin the north part of Kitakami in lookup of the Bloodmoon Beast .

Once there , you are attacked by an Ariados , but you should n’t have any hassle defeating it . You ’ll soon set up camp ; address to Perrin to start the next part of the quest , which require photographing ten unique Pokémon . Return to Perrin with the photos and speak to her , and eventually , the Blood Moon Ursaluna will come out .
Battle the Blood Moon Ursalunaand whittle its wellness down to zero . Once it ’s weakened , you may catch the Blood Moon Ursaluna and add together it to your squad . Return to Perrin , where you first met her , and speak to her to get a Choice Scarf and Hisuian Growlithe .
