Glaidemond Abbey is locatedwest of Central Rosaria . You ’ll have to take ashaftto go down to the field where it ’s locate .
After that , your quest marker will point at an Abbey on top of a hill . Once you walk near the entrance , an event will spark off . The pursuit will be marked concluded after you report back to Martha .
By the way , remember that you’re able to just teleport back to Central Rosaria using its Obelisk . No need to go through all the ( admittedly ) powerful monsters again .

There ’s a lot to unpack in this chapter , but we ’ll break down affair for you . Rosaria used to be one of the better nations that took precaution of its Bearers but ever since it was occupy , the current power seated in the arena is not kind to them .
Martha buysBranded(the striver who are Bearers ) who are overwork , “ unusable , ” and die . She send off them to Glaidemond Abbey so the local priest can take attention of them on their deathbed .

Humans are not made to bear the powers of an Eikon forever . You see this with Joshua and Cid cough up stemma when they use their powers . Though at a much small-scale power graduated table , Bearers are able to practice Eikon benediction as well . After a lifetime of slaveholding forced to use these powers , they slowly die from the inside .
