As of Version 1.4 , there are very few DPS Ice unit in Honkai : Star Rail ( only two , in fact ! ) , so I ’m eager to pluck for Jingliu as opposed toYanqing , whose outfit feels significantly more dated .

Talent: Crescent Transmigration
When Jingliu has two stacks of Syzygy , she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100 % and her CRIT pace increases bya percentage scale(1 ) . Then , Jingliu ’s Skill " Transcendent Flash " becomes enhanced and turns into " Moon On Glacial River , " and becomes the only power she can use in battle .
When Jingliu use an attack in the Spectral Transmigration body politic , she consumes HP from all other ally adequate to 4 % of their various Max HP ( this can not dilute allies ' H.P. to low than 1 ) . Jingliu ’s ATK increase by 540 % of the total HP consumed from all allies in this attack , cap ata percentage scale(2)of her fundament ATK , lasting until the current attack ends .
Jingliu can not accede the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current Spectral Transmigration state finish . Syzygy can stack up to three times . When Syzygy stacks become 0 , Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state .

After using this Technique , Jingliu creates a dimension around herself that lasts for 20 seconds , and all enemies in this proportion will become frosty . After go into fighting with enemies in the proportion , Jingliu at once regenerates 15 Energy and incur one stack of Syzygy , with a 100 % base opportunity of Freezing enemy targets for one turn . While Frozen , foeman targets can not take action , and receive Ice Additional DMG equal to 80 % of Jingliu ’s ATK at the start of every turn . Only one dimension create by allies can exist at the same fourth dimension .
