Through my research , I ’ve found that the habit of the term " crafting " is a bit shoddy , and make the entire concept much more puzzling than it needs to be . Devour artillery can be craft / upgraded at the same place where they ’re purchased , in Devourers Jaw . Once there , you should see a blacksmith NPC — verbalize with this NPC to craft / upgrade your artillery to its next tier . Polar Weapons can be crafted / upgraded at the incus in Frozen Lake , near the Mist flight simulator locating .
