The Hydro Tulpa is located in an underwater cave in the Court of Fontaine region . To get there , head to the Teleport Waypoint in the Chemin de L’Espoir , located in the westerly part of the underwater area . Then , drown toward the precise fix circled in the image above , where you ’ll obtain the ingress of a cave . Swim inside and follow the path forward .
Keep swim ahead until you find what looks like a Hydro barrier . You do n’t have to solve any puzzle — just swim through the barrier to witness yourself on a small plot of ground of land with a prominent clearing housing the Hydro Tulpa . The Hydro Tulpa isimmune to Hydro , so ensure not to have any Hydro character in your team . I recommend contribute Elements that can oppose with Hydro — specially Dendro , as Bloom Reactions shred the boss ' H.P. quickly . However , Pyro , Cryo , and Electro units also perform very well in this fight . Geo reference also perform decently as the boss does n’t have a Hydro carapace , but beware as its summons have small Hydro shields .
The party boss does n’t have disturbed mechanics ( unlike the legendaryGolden Wolflord ) , so the battle is somewhat straightforward . Since the honcho is in a constant state of Hydro , you could spam Elements that React with Hydro to quickly rip up its HP . Throughout the battle , the boss willsummon mini enemieswith Hydro shields , which you mustdefeat as chop-chop as potential using Reactions . If not kill , the chief will absorb the bidding and become stronger .
After defeating the boss , spend 40 Original Resin on the Ley Line Blossom to take up to three Water That flush it to Transcend .
