You should know Luocha isa complete role at E0 ; he has a full kit that go solely without the need for extra Eidolons , as they effectively function as surplus buffs . None of them bring home the bacon any real new shop mechanic , meaning they can all be safely brush aside .
However , if you plan to get Eidolons for Luocha , his fillet degree areE1orE2 , as they bring home the bacon the largest increase outside of his E6 . translate though his E1 and E2 are not major enough to advocate rive for still . His E1 leave an additional , team - wide onset buff , which is skillful , but hardly deserving the toll , while his E2 furnish additional healing and the limited power for him to go for cuticle under niche conditions .
