At the secret plan ’s launching on November 10 , Modern Warfare 3 will have16 core mapsfor 6v6 , all from the original Modern Warfare 2 ( 2009 ) . Here are all the remastered maps we ’ll get to play on : Afghan , Derail , Estate , Favela , Karachi , Highrise , Invasion , Quarry , Rundown , Rust , Scrapyard , Skidrow , Sub Base , Terminal , Underpass , and Wasteland .
Besides these , the secret plan will also receive12 new maps during the post - launchseasonal updates . Furthermore , the buff - favourite War Mode from WWII ( 2017 ) will make a comeback with a gravid - shell map . Ground War and Invasion will also be there withthree fight mapping .

Map Voting and Classic Minimap are Back
With the return of Map Voting , players will now be able tovote for the mapthey need to flirt the next multiplayer plot on . authoritative minimap is also coming back . This means that players who fireunsuppressed weaponswill show up asred dotson enemies ' minimaps .
Say Goodbye to Slow Pace and Insanely Fast TTK
Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer will overall havefaster social movement and animations , which includes slide cancel , reload cancel , quicker mantling , and longer tac sprint duration . Also , the radix player health will be increased from 100 to150 HP , which in turn will significantlyincrease the time - to - kill(TTK ) .
