If you ’re doing the quest to restore Lurelin Village in the Faron neighborhood , you ’ll require 20 of them . This took me days to do because I did n’t know there was a well way !
To raise Hylian Rice in TotK , head to theRabella Wetlands Skyview Tower(map coordinates 2471,-2747,0213 ) . Turn either left or right and go into theshallow poolbeside the tower ; you ’ll noticegrassgrowing here . Cut itwith Link ’s weapon , and you ’ll getHylian Rice . It may take a few slashes , as it ’s not insure to miss every meter you slice the grass , but it ’s a pretty vernacular drop rate .
